It's been too long and there is soo much going on!
It's been a while since our last post and we have so much shit to fill you in on! We've had a busy March and April (so far). We kicked off our college tour at Delaware Valley University where we got to see our favorite pup, Dublin. He always greets you with his wet nose up your fanny! The DelVal crowd is always so awesome and fun. You never let us gals down! This time we had speakers that actually worked! (Thanks Wolf). Then we headed off to Hackettstown to see our favorite Jersey girl, Miss Joann Wilcoxx at Centenary U. This year we packed 150 people into the Black Box Theater, had professional theater lighting, and even had the chance to swing by Wendy's and try & pick up the high school boys workin' the drive thru. Damn those nuggets were delicious. Our most recent stop was at Penn State Lehigh Valley where hosted a few rounds of Bingo and ate some delicious meatballs. We love hosting Bingo for many reasons, but our favorite by far would definitely be the ball jokes! And maybe hearing everyone do their best 'moan' after O69.
... And in the midst of all that, Picture it - Steel Stacks - 2019. 4 drag queens impersonate of the most hysterical sitcom to ever grace our television screens - The Golden Girls! A Drag Spectacular that went down in history! Performing "The Monkey Show" Parts 1 & 2, we were part of such an awesome cast that put on a hilarious live production. "The Monkey Show" was part of a cross over event involving Empty Nest and Nurses in 1991 about a fictional hurricane that was hitting Miami. A special thanks to the Steel Stacks staff and crew for making it possible, but more importantly those amazing commercial breaks! (Look up the Dove commercial from the 80's! YUCK!!)
Up next on our college tour is Kutztown University, Moravian College, Cedar Crest College and Penn College of Technology! Buckle Up, Buckaroos!!
